Order Changes/Cancellations

Please contact us immediately at info@buddybar.net if any changes are needed for an order, including a cancellation. Once an order has been processed, customers will need to refer to the Buddybar Hassle Free Return Policy.

Shipping & Handling

Please note that the Buddybar Online Store will not accept a PO Box address, and a street address is required.

Hassle Free Return Policy

We are happy to accept a return within 30 days of the date of purchase. Just follow the steps below and we’ll help you out.

How do I return my order?

Buddybar will first try to resolve any issue customers may have. Ensure you have thoroughly reviewed the product info FAQs, installation videos, and User & Safety Guide.  However, should you need to return an item to Buddybar, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us and we will issue you a Return Number which must be prominently marked on the outside of the box.
  2. Returned items must be unused, in the condition you received them, and in the original packaging. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
  3. Please include a copy of your packing slip or invoice inside the package, along with a reason for the return.
  4. You may return your item with one of the following methods:
    • US Postal Service (you must send through registered mail and insure for the value of your item).
    • Federal Express or UPS (you must insure for the value of your item)
  5. Your refund (less the return cost) will be processed and applied to your credit card or original method of payment as soon as possible after receiving the returned items. Depending on your credit card company, it may take up to an additional 10 business days after your credit is applied by Buddybar for it to be available as credit and for it appear on your credit card account statement.
  6. All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation.

Please note we will not accept returns after 30 days.

What if I received a damaged item?

Each item is carefully inspected by hand prior to shipping.  We require the customer to let us know right away if something in your order is defective or damaged within 5 days of delivery at info@buddybar.net

If item is defective or damaged in shipping, we will issue a full refund including shipping. Please follow return instructions above. In all other cases, buyer is responsible for return shipping and may ship back the item using the carrier of his/her choice in and with the original package (please see instructions above).

PLEASE NOTE:  We will not provide refunds on items damaged by improper use.
